Delaware and Dedigate deliver hosted SAP

EVAL Europe's plant in Antwerp is the largest copolymer EVOH factory in Europe. On the production site in Antwerp, 100 end-users will work with the hosted SAP system. A total of 9 servers (including firewalls), a Tape Library and a SAN will be used to deliver the necessary system performance. Dedigate's technical expertise in hosting applications has been a key factor. The environment is fully redundant to prevent any downtime. This fail-over allows 24/7 availability.

In order to deliver the required Uptime, an extensive SLA has been set up, which guarantees 99.5% availability for the total environment. Within this SLA, Delaware Consulting is responsible for the application, where Dedigate delivers the Uptime for the technical infrastructure.
